Under the direction of the EAM, the incumbent will assist in the forward planning of the department which includes: Guest Relations, Activities, Reception, Telephone Services, Boutique, Transportation and Concierge operations.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the acknowledgment of all guests visiting the location and ensure all departments are aware of all guests’ needs and information prior to arrival that will lead to a unique, memorable and personal stay.
