German speaking Customer Service Agents

Your responsibilities

  • Management of incoming contacts (calls, emails, etc.) regarding different service and product enquires (e.g. problems with login, questions about bonus system, terminations, product information, etc.)
  • Ensuring excellent service standards and achieving high customer satisfaction

Our requirements

_Native / near native in German

  • Good English skills (for training/internal communication)
  • First customer support experience or experience in different service related position
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation, ability to work in a team, reliability and flexibility
  • Good MS Office skills and generic computer knowledge
