Groom

Who wants to be part of the operations team.

A Groom is responsible inassisting customers in hotel. His tasks include helping the customers carry their luggage and bring them to their respective hotel suits.

Duties:

• Do gate and door security in the venue he works.
• Assist people by supporting them in various ways depending on the venue he works with.
• Receive and do appropriate actions regarding complaints in the venue he works with.
• Check the lobby area at all times (doors, floors, windows, etc.) as well as the sidewalks and flower beds in front of the entrance and keep it in a clean condition
• Implement LQA standards

Essential requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar position
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude
• Team player, passionate and focused on providing high quality results
• Self-motivated, multitasking and proactive. Ability work under pressure
• Excellent command of English language. Knowledge of a second foreign language would be considered as extra asset.
• Customer service experience
• Driving license
