Guest Relations Agent 

The ideal candidates required to maximize and exceed guest’s satisfaction by providing highly personalized, efficient and responsive service with attention to details, by anticipating guest’s needs and according to company's quality standards

Essential Functions:

• Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service and company's standards
• Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
• Excellent knowledge of the resort and the facilities as well as of daily events, activities and food & beverage functions in order to provide accurate information to guests
• Manage all guests’ complaints in a professionally way and ensure that every issue has been resolved promptly and effectively
• Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned sunbeds are prepared prior to check-in
• Liaise closely with Reception, Housekeeping and F&B regarding special requests
• Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress

Requirements

• Enthusiastic with friendly personality
• Be highly professional in appearance, character and conduct
• Proven experience as Guest Relations Agent, ideally in a 5* resort or hotel environment
• Fluency in English
• Good command of a second language (German, French) would be a plus
• Be proactive and innovative
