Guest Relations Agent

Location: Rhodes, Greece

Contract: Full Time/Seasonal
Ref: GRS020

Job Description:

To deal with guest requirements in a courteous, charming and professional sales-oriented manner following the company standards and procedures. You will handle all guest enquiries and guest information ensuring they will experience a perfect vacation.

Main accountabilities:

  • Ensure the highest standards of guest care is maintained
  • Provide a friendly, efficient and courteous service at all times
  • Have an excellent knowledge of the resort, facilities, daily events, activities, food & beverage functions and more
  • Ensure that all information is kept at Logbook up-to-date at all times.
  • Welcome and always greet all arriving and in-house to emphasize on personalized service.
  • Write and distribute guest letters, cards, invitations and several gifts
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and report all guest feedback
  • Excellent personal presentation at all times

Main qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated personality eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team
  • Good command of English language. Excellent knowledge of German or Russian.
  • Hospitality education and experience appreciated
  • Relevant, Sales or Events Management experience
  • Multitasking and negotiation skills
  • Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a high-paced luxury environment
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Flexible schedule required
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation
