Guest Relations Agents - Mykonos

Guest Relations Agents

Qualifications:

  • Degree from School for Tourism & Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
  • Speak, write and converse freely in Greek and English. Knowledge of any additional language will be an advantage
  • Experience of OPERA property management system a distinct advantage.

Personal Attributes:

  • Good organizational skills
  • Good level of engagement with residents
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing personality with ability to communicate with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to ensure security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information
  • Ability to work with constant interruptions with a high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments; delegate work
  • Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends
  • Thorough follow up, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to emotionally connect with guests and provide superior levels of service
