Guest Relations Officer
The Guest Relations Officer is to achieve the highest possible level of guests’ satisfaction, by managing all their requests in a friendly, helpful and genuinely hospitable way. As a Guest Relations Officer, you should have an excellent knowledge of the resort and facilities as well as of daily events and activities, in order to provide accurate information to guests during their stay.
The Guest Relations Officer reports directly to the Guest Relations Manager.
