Astir Palace Vouliagmenis is looking to hire for Astir Beach talented and energetic people that have the passion to offer unique memorable experiences to our guests. The ideal candidates required to maximize and exceed guest’s satisfaction by providing highly personalized, efficient and responsive service with attention to details, by anticipating guest’s needs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
  • Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
  • Report customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
  • Respond to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones
  • Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned sunbeds are prepared prior to check-in
  • Promptly address guests’ requests
  • Actively listen to and resolve complaints
  • Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
  • Inform clients of all our services
  • Promote all amenities and conveniences
  • Liaise with workers and Wait Staff to provide an overall comfortable guest experience
  • Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress

Qualification Standards

  • Must hold a Bachelor degree in tourism, sales or marketing fields
  • Must be fluent in English and knowledge of any additional language(s) is a plus
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Previous experience in the tourism industry or in a luxury brand is preferred.

Candidate Specific Skills

  • Must show the ability to seek out new and innovative ways to meet, and respond to, the needs and demands of clients
  • Have strong customer service skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Be highly professional in appearance, character and conduct
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communicative skills and an ability to integrate into all levels of the organization
  • Show high levels of efficiency
  • Be able to work under pressure both as part of a team and also working on own initiative
  • Be proactive and innovative
