Guest Relations

Position requirements:

• Minimum of 3year experience in a similar position
• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism or Public Relations
• Ability to converse in both Greek and English
• Customer and sales oriented
• Strong team player and able to work under pressure

Duties and responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival both at the front desk and restaurant
• Present them with some details of the hotel and the island
• Ensure guests satisfaction and take action if required
