HR Generalist - Cyprus

Aegeo Spas, the biggest Wellness Services company in Greece with more than 300 SPA centers in 4- and 5-Star Hotels across Greece, Cyprus, and Balkan area, is seeking HR Generalist in Cyprus.

HR Generalist

Reports to: HR Manager

Job Description Summary:The HR Generalist is involved in all range of HR activities to ensure the smooth operation of HR Department within the Company. The role is based in Cyprus.

Qualifications:

  • Degree:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • IT Skills:Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.​
  • Foreign Languages and Level:English – Fluent, (additional languages are desirable).
  • Familiar with Digital Marketing-social media in terms of HR methods.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Recruitment, which involves developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, collecting CVs, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with Regional Managers regarding Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Evaluation, Policies & Procedures, and all other HR & Administration aspects.
  • Deal with Grievances and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Generate all reports for the HR & Operations Department on agreed basis.
  • Travel to Branches for finalizing contracts, collect documents and share information with Employees.
  • Follow the hiring procedure since Sourcing up to Settling (including transportation, uniform, meal etc.)
  • Monitor all related expenses to the Hiring and Settling process (housing bills etc.)
  • Deal with internships and all related concerns.
  • Participate in the yearly Recruitment Campaign for all Educational Institutions selected by the Company.

  • Clear understanding of Employer’s business objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably.
  • Comfortable with traveling in Greece and abroad.
