Optimal HR Group, on behalf of its client, a Dynamic Renewables Energy company located in the Northern Suburbs, is looking for a professional HR Manager.

The HR Manager is responsible for performing Human Resources related duties on a professional level and ensures facility meets all regulatory and compliance requirements. The HR Manager will run the daily functions of the HR department including employee relations, recruitment processes, training, performance management and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Handling every day routine queries related to various HR matters
  • Acting as contact person in terms of employee relations issues
  • Liaising management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Ensuring policies and internal procedures compliance
  • Providing oversight of employee attendance and personal time off for sick leave and vacation time
  • Overseeing the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of employees
  • Managing the talent acquisition process
  • Conducting employee onboarding and organizing training & development initiatives
  • Managing the performance appraisal system and assessing training needs to apply
  • Maintaining and updating various employees’ reports and HR related systems
  • Staying up-to-date and complying with changes in labor legislation
  • Ensuring company’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Human Resources is required. A relevant Master degree will be considered as asset
  • At least 4-5 yearsof professional experiencein relevant HR positions
  • Good knowledge of the Greek labor law
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Good computer literacy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills
  • Strong problem solving and conflict management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Excellent organisational, coordination and time-management skills
