PepsiCo is looking to reqruit an HR Ops Sr Associate Sys & Reporting professional

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support/Liaise with Finance in the area of labor costs/payroll processes GR
  • Prepare monthly HR reporting (regular or ad hoc) GR
  • Execute HR Ops agenda at local level GR/CY
  • Implement activities and initiatives related to HR systems and reporting GR/CY
  • Accountable for execution of all HROPs related projects for GR/CY
  • Liaise with HRBPs to resolve complex problems Data and Analytics GR/CY
  • Provide value added insights to the business via advanced data modelling and visualisation techniques, GR/CY
  • Provide Drive improvements in metric and data driven processes, GR/CY
  • Support internal and external audit compliance requirements implementation, SOx and GCS, GR
  • Ensures data quality in EC
  • Transforms data and information into meaningful insights
  • Developing and Analysing reports; competenc e with numerical analysis
  • Identify issues with current reporting capability and create innovative cost effective solutions.
  • Integrates and simplifies complex or competing information for timely decision making
  • Shares knowledge and skills with others to build broader capability
  • Collaborates well with others to deliver results
  • Succeeding in virtual communities
  • Internal consultancy skills

Qualifications:

  • Education : University degree; postgraduate degree optional
  • Total experience : 3 years work experience required, Finance backgroung/experience desired
