Head Receptionist - Junior Resort Manager
 

to join our Hospitality Team for season 2023.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism.
• 1-2 years minimum experience as a Head Receptionist preferably in a Luxury Boutique Hotel.
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer – oriented.
• Knowledge of channel management, OTAs and reservations system will be considered as an asset.
• Excellent MS Office-computer skills.
• Negotiation and excellent communication skills.
• Well groomed with strong interpersonal skills.

Tasks - Responsibilities:

• Running of Front Office morning team
• Supervision of Front Office, Housekeping and Service Teams
• Room allocation and channel management use and control
• Report to the regional manager on property's performance
