Currently Secret View is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success in managing a hotel's rooms division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel's front desk, guest services, housekeeping, drivers and maintenance team.
  • Ensure that all guest needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and manage departmental budgets and expenses.
  • Train and supervise staff members to ensure they are providing exceptional service to guests.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure the hotel is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Stay current on industry trends and implement new practices to improve the overall guest experience.
  • Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in a Hotel Assistant Manager or/and Rooms Division Manager position.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent command of all Microsoft Office software.
  • Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
