Hotel Manager
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Hands-on approach and leading by example in all areas
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
- Handling customer complaints and queries
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services
- Communicating with the guests when appropriate
- Dealing with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years minimum experience in a similar position in 4* or 5* hotels and familiarity with luxury hospitality standards
- Graduate of a degree in Hospitality / Tourism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek. Knowledge of French will be considered as an asset
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about the job
- Computer literacy and excellent MS Office skills
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent team working skills
