4* Milos Breeze Hotel is a boutique hotel with 25 rooms-suites. We are a family owned business that is looking for partnerships that will add value to our product and keep our positive trend. We are looking for individuals with a high level of integrity, concern for quality, cross cultural sensitivity, customer service orientation and solid work ethic.

Hotel Manager

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Hands-on approach and leading by example in all areas
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Handling customer complaints and queries
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services
• Communicating with the guests when appropriate
• Dealing with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years minimum experience in a similar position in 4* or 5* hotels and familiarity with luxury hospitality standards
• Graduate of a degree in Hospitality / Tourism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek. Knowledge of French will be considered as an asset
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about the job
• Computer literacy and excellent MS Office skills
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent team working skills
