are looking for passionate individuals for the summer season of 2021to cover the position of:

Hotel Night Auditor

Reports to: Front Office Manager

Position description:

• Oversee the front office during the overnight shift
• Perform end of day duties and prepare reports
• Maintain the main lobby and front desk in a professional order
• Safely retrieve and park guest vehicles (if necessary)
• Demonstrate exceptional guest service, being proactive in all guests’ requirements & requests, with their prompt & successful resolution
• When aware of guest complaints, intervenes to assist the guest with their complaint and takes measures to resolve the issue
• Provide a friendly & warm welcome and service to all guests
• Follow all relevant Health & Safety department regulations & all guest service guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience of 2 years in a similar position within a 5* property
• Computer literacy & knowledge of Hospitality PMS software Protel (desirable)
• Fluency in Greek & English, additional languages (German, Italian, French and/or others) would be considered a plus
• Ability to perform under pressure and within the time frames
• Strong problem-resolution, organizational & multitasking abilities
• Punctual, well-groomed with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly & kind personality, with team spirit
• Degree in Hospitality / Tourism (desirable)
• Drivers license
