Operations Manager
The Operations Manager oversees daily activities on the hotel property including front desk operations, reservations, and concierge and customer services. Responsible for operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Being an Operations Manager oversees property maintenance and appearances.
The Operations Manager reports directly to the Hotel Manager.
JOB-RELATED SKILLS
- Tourism or corresponding school degree
- Experience in similar position
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Customer-oriented approach and exceptional communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language (German or Russian language knowledge will be considered an asset)
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Advanced organizing skills
- Taking initiative and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy, advanced skills required
