The award-winning The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino are seeking for a Housekeeping Manager who will  Provide training, coaching, and counseling to all housekeeping employees to ensure best performance and delivery of guest experience.

An Executive Housekeeper is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Housekeeping in a managerial capacity in a luxury brand for at least 3 years
  • A successful track record of managing a large team
  • A high school certificate or equivalent
  • High level of commercial awareness and cost control capabilities
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • IT proficiency
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Proficiency, at an intermediate level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, budget management, and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience of managing a department and Profit and Loss account
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
  • Excellent knowledge in both Greek and English
  • Extensive Knowledge of OPERA PMS software, Internet, and MS Office applications
  • Ability to build rapport with team, guests and other departments
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to lead by example
