The five-star Liostasi Hotel & Suites, the top hotel of Ios Island and one of the leading boutique hotels of Greece, is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The newly upgraded Liostasi Hotel & Suites is part of the Denaxas Group of Companies and a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with other department heads for any special arrangements
• Ensure that the 5-star luxury standards are followed
• Inspect rooms or public areas using checklist to see that cleaning is adequate, supplies in room are as per standard and immediate repairs are reported.
• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, offices, F&B outlets, and other public areas or as assigned.
• Participate in cleaning procedures of rooms or public areas when necessary.
• Lead by example & serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors
• Follow all relevant Health & Safety department regulations & all guest service guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar position
• Previous experience working in housekeeping is required
• Fluency in Greek, English or any other language would be considered a plus
• Strong leadership, managerial & problem-resolution abilities
• Excellent time management, organizational & high-cleaning standards
• Punctual, well-groomed with strong interpersonal and communication skills
