We are looking to recruit a passionate and detailed-oriented Human Resources Business Partner for our headquarters in Athens.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the client group and the key challenges they are facing.
  • Support line managers on all aspects of people management.
  • Manage local employee relations.
  • Diagnose issues and partner with our HR Solution Delivery Team to develop and execute initiatives.
  • Localize and activate global HR solutions, core processes and policies.
  • Lead implementation of succession planning agenda and facilitate Talent Management discussions at local/functional level to generate high quality plans and outputs.
  • Develop short- and long-term talent solutions.
  • Execute tools/programs to drive employee engagement. Support Organization Health Survey and support in action plan creation.
  • Understanding of, and some experience with, most or all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing; employee relations; performance management; leadership development; training).
  • Offer support to assigned HR Projects.
  • Coordinate the H&S Agenda for assigned population.
  • Ensure policy consistency/compliance with rules and laws.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree & Postgraduate Studies in Business Administration or HR.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
  • MS Office and Internet literate.
  • 5 years of experience in FMCG or similar organizations.
  • Professional, with good interpersonal & Strong people and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with remote teams.
  • Good prioritization and organization skills.
  • Very good presentation skills.
  • Ability to perform under tight timelines.
  • Ability to influence towards the preferred HR solution.
