IS Infrastructure Administrator

We seek to recruit a:

IS Infrastructure Administrator

(Ref. ISA_032022)

The position holder will report to the IS Infrastructure Manager, manage an IS Infrastructure support team and will be responsible for:

  • Systems Administration & Monitoring
  • Provide 1st & 2nd level support to users (Windows, Office, Outlook, Hardware, etc.)
  • Servers and Workstations Patch Management
  • Servers Backup
  • Infrastructure Problems Solving
  • Suggest improvements on existing systems functionality in order to optimize them
  • Manage communication with suppliers
  • Write specifications for new requirements
  • Monitor changes implementations & enhancements

Prerequisites:

  • At least 6 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • University (TEI or AEI) Degree in Computer Science
  • Fluent in English, oral & written
  • Administration knowledge on:
    • MS Windows Servers all versions
    • Active Directory 2012
    • Exchange Server 2016
    • O365 / Azure
    • MS SharePoint
    • VMware
    • SQL Server
    • McAfee EPO
    • Microsoft SCCM
    • Microsoft SCOM
  • Cisco Networking
  • Cisco Telephony (CUCM)
  • Analytical & problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Deliver under strict timelines
  • High level of team spirit
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies for service management desirable
