Currently we are looking for

IT Applications Engineers for Automotive

to be part of our team, working for the Global Automotive Market, from Greece.

Scope

• Support, update, configuration and customization of development tools (in-house and third parties') for Automotive:
  • Polarion, Jira, Confluence, GIT, Release Management tools and similar
• Enabling and support of the tools-users (helpdesk)
• Interface to tools' suppliers (regarding contracts, licensing, enhancements, corrections)

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with several programming languages (Java, C#, C++, Python)
• Experience with web development and working with APIs
• Knowledge of software development processes
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, GIT (s. scope)
• Working experience in software / tooling related activities: 2+ years
• Very good communication skills
• A fast learner, able to adapt quickly and to cooperate within a multi-national environment
• Able to work efficiently either independently or as a team-member
• Very good English skills

The successful candidates will be part of a team of highly qualified professionals, working for automotive software products along the SDLC, established in Greece (Athens). They will have a detailed enabling ("onboarding") in Germany (1-2 weeks).

Prerequisites:

• Ability to travel abroad, as needed (< 15%)
• Participation in a technical interview and a technical test
