We are currently recruiting for the position of:

IT Helpdesk Officer

Location: Halkidiki, Greece

Contract: Full Time /permanent

Your main accountabilities:

The IT helpdesk officer will be member of an IT team and he/she will handle level 1 incidents. Based on the skills the candidate could be placed as supervisor of a minor group, the incumbent will be:

• Support on administration employees in terms of accounts setup, hardware setup, managing and solving users issues
• Provide first level support on issues regarding hospitality software such as Property Management, ePos or core systems such as IP TV , telephony , networking , WiFi, active directory etc

Your main qualifications/skills:

• Degree in Information technology
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of English
• Ability to work in a team
• Communication skills
• Knowledge of hospitality software and business (not mandatory)
• Certification and previous experience in Networking (not mandatory)
• Experience in virtualization technologies (not mandatory)
