IT Linux Administrator (f/m)

Are you proficient in the operation of complex Linux environments? You embrace modern configuration management systems like puppet, ansible or similar and live for automation? noris has the job for you! We are building a new Tech Team in Thessaloniki and are looking for talented IT Systems Engineers to join our team.

Your role:

• Operation, development and deployment of highly-available, IT systems and cloud platforms
• Planning and completing changes (according to ITIL) considering the service level agreements (SLAs)
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Automation of repetitive tasks and identification of the potential of improvement
• Resolve configuration-related problems
• Write documentation for custom tools

Your profile:

• Linux-Expert with command line experience
• Experience with config deploy Linux-services (e.g. Webserver, Databases, …)
• Knowledge of Expertise in Automation Tools and DevOps best practices (puppet, foreman, ...)
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, Firewalls)
• A high level of teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent organizing, prioritizing and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Work experience

The following would be desirable as well:

• Certain background in software development
• Good oral and writing skills in German
