Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing Import and Export procedures (European Union and third countries)

  • Communicating with suppliers and clients

  • Coordinating deliveries and pickups.

  • Handling customer requests

  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction

 

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Relevant experience in a similar position (Forwarder, Shipping line or Logistics Department)

  • Fluency in English (additional European languages will be considered an advantage)

  • Great communication and time-management skills

  • Attention to detail
