Job Description:

The Institute of Entrepreneurship Development is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Innovation Manager. The successful candidate will handle the portfolio of companies the European Digital Innovation Hub "Health Hub" manages. "Health Hub - Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Industry Transformation through Artificial Intelligence Digital Services" is iED's flagship and acts as a reference point of Digital Health at regional, national and European level. It is a one-stop-shop that delivers digital transformation services to SMEs and public administrations of the health and pharma sector and supports them in boosting their outreach, precision, innovation capacity, and networking efforts.

iED is looking for a highly efficient and inspired person to undertake the responsibility of managing Health Hub's clients.

Responsibilities

• Deep dive in each company's needs and keep a close eye in their Digital Maturity Assessment available
• Perform research and make suggestions technology- and innovation-wise, based on but not limited to the catalogue of services offered by Health Hub
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities
• Lead ideation sessions and design thinking workshops to generate new ideas with Health Hub's clients
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform innovation decisions tailor made to each company
• Communicate innovation initiatives and progress to senior leadership
• Ensure innovation projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Cooperate with Health Hub's team to deliver the required results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Innovation Management, Health or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation management or related field
• Proven track record of leading successful innovation initiatives
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of design thinking and lean startup methodologies
