Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, an international well known bank, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Insurance Officer

Job Description

  • Provides service to dealers and customers through incoming calls
  • Manages all the received requests from customers for additional covers in the renewal contract before its issuance
  • Provides back office support
  • Claims e -mail management

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor Degree required, preferably in Business field
  • Relative working experience in a similar position would be an asset
  • Excellent command of English language, written and oral
  • Excellent Computer Literacy/MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Results Oriented, Discretion and Confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
