Italian & Spanish Customer Service Aides (Role based in Athens)

What are you expected to do?
- Retain a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
- Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised via inbound calls, mails, and online chat for customers to resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.
- Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions)
What should you have?
- Fluency in Spanish or Italian language.
- High skilled of English language (C1 Level at least).
- Tech savviness.
- Previous experience in the field will be considered as an asset.
- Genuinely excitement to respond to customers’ queries and problem-solving orientation.
- Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking personality.
