We are looking for an IT Business Support Agent to join our Support Team

Italian Speaker - IT Business Support Services

Responsibilities:

• Provide first line customer service on Retail software solutions
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate briefings
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions remotely
• Reading and implementing specific procedures stated in user manuals or scoping documents
• Troubleshoot, debug and apply fixes
• Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
• Comply with project plans and industry standards

Qualifications:

• BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Positive Sciences
• 2+ years of related experience in support desk, or equivalent combination of customer support and customer satisfaction services and experience required
• Understanding of technical subjects specifically for Retail operations
• Basic knowledge of Windows Applications infrastructure
• Fluency in Italian language is obligatory
• Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills both in Greek, English
• Excellent team worker with customer service orientation
• Commitment to ongoing personal development
• Fulfilled military obligations (where applicable)
