On behalf of our client, a leader and pioneer in the energy sector, we are currently looking for a Junior BI Specialist, to join its innovative IT Division.

A day in the life of a Junior BI Specialist

You will be an expert in business intelligence tools and able to demonstrate a good knowledge of developing SAP. You must be driven, hard-working and passionate about developing ERPs. You are committed to producing high quality reports and delivering to deadlines.

Your day-to-day

• Maintain & support the business intelligence warehouse, MI reports and BI dashboards using the BI technologies
• Oversee the daily data loading process ensuring its successful completion or acts accordingly when problems occur, with the consultation of the Senior BI Specialist
• Works with key users and helps with the preparation of business requirements documents
• Maintains the documentation for the correct definitions of all BI elements
• Supports in the authorization for the correct user access to the BI content
• Trains users on the basic BI tools

What you will need

• University or Technical institute degree, preferably in Information Technology or a related discipline
• 2+ years’ experience with reports in SAP BW or other BI tools
• Experience in ABAP
• Experience working with high volume data
• Experience working with visualization tools

Great to have

• Knowledge of Power BI
• Experience of maintaining queries using Business Explorer Query Designer
