We are in the process of recruiting for the position of Junior Chef / Sous Chef:

Your role as Junior Chef / Sous Chef will be managing the hotel kitchen, planning the menu, organising and supervising supplies, and ensuring that hygiene rules are followed. The ideal candidate must be capable of proposing innovative ideas and have a passion for gastronomy.

The Junior Chef / Sous Chef reports directly to the Chef.

• Degree from school of culinary arts
