Position Summary

The Junior Partnership Agent - Maintenance will have an active role in organizing and monitoring fleet preservation matters. His/ her primary responsibility will be to maintain a constant communication with clients and partners over fleet maintenance related issues. In addition, he/she will organize, coordinate, and ensure that every procedure runs smoothly and effectively, managing the accounts of the company's clients and finally being in a consistent and active search for new collaborations/ partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Close communication and coordination of maintenance issues with our clientele and partners
• Frequent contact with all partners to ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and in a timely manner
• Maintenance flow monitoring of the whole fleet - including vehicles that are leased or not
• Performing administrative duties (e.g. data entry) to ensure that our fleet management systems are up to date
• Communication with and support of the operations and sales team internally
• Search of new collaborations to expand our fleet partnerships across Greece and improve our customer experience

• 1-2 years of professional experience in car workshops or in the automotive industry
• BSc/BA and/or Master’s in Economics, Business Administration or another related field from a top tier University in Greece and beyond
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders in a hyper-growth environment
• Trustworthy and dependable personality with a strong work ethic and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent command of the Greek/ English language (both written and spoken)
• Computer literacy
• Ideally you are an automotive enthusiast!
