Junior Trade Marketing Associate - Aspropyrgos

Kraft Paints is seeking to hire a Junior Trade Marketing Associate. We are a company driven by innovation that focuses on the areas of architectural paints, varnishes and thermal insulation products with headquarters in Aspropyrgos and subsidiaries in the South East European region. You will be working as part of our trade marketing team which falls under the marketing and sales department.

Brief Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development & implementation oftrademarketingactivities, building on shopper insights to deliver business growth.

Key Accountabilities:

• Successfully transform marketing initiatives into category development plans & present to customers as business development opportunities
• Work together with sales teams to effectively manage promotional activation at customer & POS level
• Presentation of business evolution & category development plans to influence/gain customer commitment to execution
• Monitor of market evolution, identify sales opportunities, extract & develop argumentation to support category/subcategory plans
• Analysis of assortment opportunities per customer, identify & quantify business opportunities
• Understanding of customerpreferences& incorporate them into business development planning
• Volume target estimations/forecast at product/customer level
• Loyalty program reporting and promotional action analysis
• Be involved in the execution of ad - hocmarketing activities, product launches and special projects by developing new ideas and proposals concerning POP materials and promo actions for products in scope

Qualifications:

• Preferred up to 1 year of experience in Trade Marketing/Marketing/Sales function
• Degree in Business/Finance/Marketing Studies or Data Science
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication skills
