Learning & Development Supervisor

Pyramis Metallourgia A.E is a Greek company, one of the largest in the production, retailing and marketing of integrated solutions for the kitchen and the bathroom, with very strong export activity in over 82 countries. Founded in 1960 and based in Thessaloniki, it currently has over 500 employees in Greece and a network of 9 subsidiaries outside of Greece.

Learning & Development Supervisor

based at our facilities at the 17th km of the old National Road Thessaloniki - Serres

We are seeking to hire a passionate, hard-working, dynamic, and experienced employee that will significantly contribute in evolving Pyramis Group.

What you will be doing:

  • Reporting to the Manager Human Resources of Pyramis Group, your responsibilities are covering Headquarters, as well as Pyramis subsidiaries outside of Greece
  • Identifying training needs for the Group, developing customized learning curriculums and organize trainings with the most cost-efficient approaches
  • Being proactive and developing Learning & Development Plans for each Pyramis subsidiary, including Headquarters
  • Being able and having the experience of delivering face to face & web-based trainings is critical
  • Developing and effectively deploying performance evaluation process for all Pyramis Group employees
  • Developing and deploying employee development programs to boost performance across Pyramis Group
  • Building trusting relationships with the rest HR team and with other stakeholders, having the ability to consult effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Promoting digitalization, innovative training & development approaches that will support organizational and cultural transformation across Pyramis Group
  • Leading and/or participating in deployment of several HR projects

What is needed from you:

  • University degree in business administration or another relevant field
  • Master’s degree in HR will be considered as a plus
  • Experience in Training & Development or in the position of HR business partner at least for 4 years is a must
  • Excellent oral & written English and Greek, as well as ability to travel abroad
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience in operating & maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus
  • Analytical thinking, communication skills, priority setting, team working, project management and interpersonal savvy are necessary to perform
