Your role as Service Manager is to oversee the daily restaurant operation, maintain the high quality standard of services provided and ensure an exceptional guest service. Duties include managing daily operations for the smooth operation of the restaurant, supervise and manage employees and create daily work schedules.
The Service Manager reports directly to the Assistant F&B Manager

- Hospitallity degree
- Previous employment in a similar position
- Familiar with restaurant management software
- Advanced organizational and negotiation skills
- Μotivate, train and develop employees’ skills
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- High performance in a fast-paced environment
- Target-oriented and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent knowledge and use of English
