Marketing Administrator & Guest Relations - Mykonos

Kensho Boutique Hotels & Villas Is looking for

Marketing Administrator & Guest Relations

Responsibilities:

  • Handling on a daily basis Guest e-mails, queries and handling all Guests pre-arrival requests in order to prepare their itineraries
  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way and assisting them with the check-in procedure
  • Promoting hotel’s activities to guests
  • Be fully informed about the daily schedule of the guest
  • Complaint’s handling
  • Knowledge to social media channels (posts, comments, etc.). Referring to the Marketing & Communications Manager of the Brand
  • Align with the brand guidelines for Social Media
  • Cover weekly events with live stories
  • Reporting to Marketing Manager

Your main qualifications/skills:

  • Familiarity with premium hospitality standards
  • Proven experience as Guest Relations Officer ideally in a 4 or 5* luxury hotel
  • Fluent English language
  • Good command of a second language (Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic, Russian) would be a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Marketing (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Hotel PMS (e.g. Protel)
