Material Resource Planning Controller

Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we are looking for an experienced MRP Controller to join our Supply Chain Team. The ideal candidate will ensure that the materials required to manufacture finished products or superior assemblies are available on time.

The position is based in Pedino Kilkis, Greece

Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes:

  • Liaises with procurement team to agree upon the conversion of the material requirements plan into Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Cooperates with procurement and production planning teams to ensure all material plans are up to date and responsive to changes in material requirements.
  • Performs all routine tasks to convert planned orders into purchase requisitions (PRs) including the creation and management of material planned requirements.
  • Monitors the status of purchase orders, inventory levels and production requirements, conducting follow up actions in order to avoid shortages of materials that affect the production schedule.
  • Communicates effectively to the responsible Division necessary information for the creation and maintenance of detailed material planning parameters in MRP system.
  • Mobilizes actions as required to support optimal management of inventory while reduce scrap/waste of materials.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to Business, Production Management or Supply Chain Management. MSc in related fields will be considered a plus
  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in ERP systems (Preferably SAP)
  • Proficient in Excel functions and other Microsoft Applications
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to monitor progress, ensure successful and timely delivery of objectives
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
