αρμοδιότητες

As a middleware engineer, you will be responsible for supporting Middleware, Order fulfillment, Provisioning and Activation IT systems of the company, focusing on services availability and providing the greatest customer experience to internal and external customers. Your duties will be the following:

• Coordinate incident and problem management activities
• Act as a subject matter expert in technical/architectural decisions related to the applications in scope of the team
• Manage the support vendors and monitor SLAs/KPIs
• Monitor day to day activities and report performance KPIs to stakeholders
• Drive operations automation initiatives

προσόντα

As a middleware engineer, you need to have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or previous demonstrated work experience
• 1+ years of experience in a relevant role
• Good knowledge of CRM administration and CTI integration
• Experience in telecoms sector will be considered a plus
