Night Auditor

(Cali Mykonos)

Job description:

• Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service
• Undertake check-in, check-out & payment transactions
• Assures that guest is assigned type of room requested and the correct rate is charged
• Balance the day’s charges, making corrections as necessary
• Run end of day process in property management software (PMS).
• Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints and alert the appropriate manager as needed
• Delivers luggage to guest rooms
• Perform wake-up calls
• Provide information to guests in regards of facilities and services of the hotel and the island
• Provide information about the availability and rates in collaboration with the reservation department

Job Requirements:

• Minimum experience of 2 years as a Night Auditor
• Knowledge of Hotel PMS (knowledge of Fidelio will be considered as an asset)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both Greek & English language
• Ability to solve problems in a timely manner and remain calm under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork spirit
