Night Auditors
 

Position requirements

• 2+ years experience in Night Auditing in a 5* or luxury/boutique hotel
• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
• Excellent command of Greek and English language, additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of any PMS is considered essential.
• Guest-oriented mentality
• Superior computer skills (Microsoft Office, social media, emails, internet)
• Teamwork spirit
• Well groomed with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
• Accounting knowledge will be considered an asset.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a polite and warm welcome to all guests.
• Responsible for the hotel operation during the night
• Manage all department operations.
• Ensure excellent response to guest requests & complaints.
• Follow operational protocols and procedures.
• Build up full knowledge of hotel facilities & services
• Abide by affiliation standards.
• Help guests with chec- in and/or check-out during the night
