Night Receptionist
As a Night Receptionist, you will perform guest check-in and check-out, answer questions about hotel amenities, and create and track keys to guest rooms. Night shift can also involve paperwork auditing, processing credit card payments, and other end-of-day tasks.
The Night Receptionist reports directly to the Front Office Manager.
Job-Related skills:
- Tourism or corresponding school degree
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills and complains handling in a level-headed manner
- Customer-oriented approach
- Advanced organisational and time management skills
- Team spirit
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent knowledge and use of English (A second foreign language will be considered an asset)
