Main objectives of the role would be:

  • Accountability for Finished Goods Obsolescence Reporting for Snacks and Beverages, Greece

This will involve:

  • Weekly finished goods freshness reports population
  • Finished goods freshness risks communication to all involved stakeholders in a regular basis
  • Action planning and follow up on identified freshness risks
  • Governance of monthly rootcausing of reported Finished Goods Obsoletes
  • Accountability for analytical tasks of Short and Long term demand planning for Snacks and Beverages Greece.


This will involve:

  • Weekly preparation of Forecast Accuracy reports and communication to all involved stakeholders
  • Support in the monthly Long-term Demand Planning cycle in terms of Long Term Demand Plan files maintenance and Business Intelligence gathering to support on the readiness for DMR Cycle

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Strong analytical skills, Microsoft Excel savvy
  • Robust undertastanding of Supply Chain Operations E2E (make, move) that can impact waste generation
  • Good level of English
  • Effective communication
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Cross functional communication and influence
  • Good negotiation skills / good listener
  • Virtual communication skills
