The FZEEN Retreat Five star Hotel located in Kefalonia (Lourdas beach) is seeking
to recruit a qualified personnel for the summer season April-October 2020.

Porter

Responsibilities:

• Takes suitcases and bags from guests or passengers checking in.
• Carries luggage while escorting guests or passengers to their rooms
• Explains features of rooms and accommodation facilities
• Tends to the needs of guests or passengers for the duration of their stay
• Parks and retrieves guest vehicles, in some cases
• Carries departing guests' or passengers' luggage to cars or taxis
• Maintains appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards in hotel.
• Ensures guests and passengers leave safely in the event of an evacuation
• Assists concierge, reception, housekeeping, and restaurant staff as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a porter
• Excellent knowledge of English Language
• Valid driving license
• Customer service skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts
