Pre-Sales/Customer Support Agent for Spain - Liti Thessaloniki

AMD Telecom, the global SMS & Voice connectivity provider launched the new brand Routee, a Web & API cloud communication solution, aiming to expand and simplify communication capabilities between people, applications, corporations and machines. The means to achieve such goals are through its provided products; Text (SMS) & Voice Messaging, Text to Speech, Email Messaging, Two Factor Authentication, Number Lookup, Number Validation and various plugins.

Our global clients are revolutionaries, pioneers & some all-stars blue-chip companies, financial institutions, fashion icon stores amp; international retail chains.

Due to continued growth of our company, we are looking to recruit the following position
which be located in our headquarters in Liti Thessaloniki:

Pre-Sales/Customer Support Agent for Spain

(Liti Thessaloniki)

Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with Spanish customers via calls and mails;
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
  • Market Analysis (Internet, data bases, company directories etc) in order to find new prospects or leads;
  • Qualifying prospects and data entry to the company CRM (In order to pass the information to the sales executive to continue the sales process);
  • Acts as critical link between customer, technical department and Sales Executive;
  • Assist customers on service usage;
  • Liaise with accounting department with Spain Customer’s collection, invoices and payments;

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent knowledge in Spanish language both oral and written;
  • Knowledge of additional languages will be a strong asset;
  • Proven work experience in pre-sales position;
  • Self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal directions;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to take initiative;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
