Responsibilities:

  • Preparing procurement documents in cooperation with the operational units based on the nature of the requirements and providing advice on the correct procurement procedures and types of contracts.
  • Contributing to the development and the correct application of Zenith procurement and contract management procedures.
  • Preparing and processing documents for the Vendor Qualification process.
  • Preparing and processing negotiated, restricted and open tender procedures including preparation, evaluation, verification and analysis to ensure sound financial management in all procurement activities.
  • Drafting the tender specifications in cooperation with operational staff of Zenith, assisting the Evaluation Committees, replying to tenderers’ enquiries, providing legal and procedural advice during all stages of procurement procedures.
  • Drafting and preparing contracts in the procurement field.
  • Monitoring and checking contracts implementation, supporting the contract management and initiating the necessary steps for the contract renewal or other amendments, if applicable.
  • Promoting the best practices, sound financial management and knowledge-sharing in the field of procurement and contract management across Zenith.
  • Contributing to drafting of annual procurement plan, monitoring and reporting on its implementation under the supervision of the direct supervisor.
  • Preparing reports and presentations about procurement activities.
  • Liaising with Finance Sector and other relevant stakeholders for matters related to contractors’ payments.
  • Performing any other related tasks upon request of the direct supervisor.
  • Participates in company’s trainings.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 years of prior work experience in similar position.

Education Level:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Master’s degree would be an asset

Other Knowledge:

  • Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
