Projects Manager

We seek to recruit a:

Projects Manager

The Projects Manager will undertake, manage, coordinate and ensure the efficient design, implementation and execution of major projects across the organization in a timely manner and within the budgetary requirements, ensuring the efficient collaboration of all stakeholders.

Main Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Defining project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Lead cost/benefit analysis assessments for various technology options.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Track deliverables in terms of schedule, costs, methods and resources.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Interface and provide support to cross-functional teams (Operations, QA, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, HR, Lean and internal support units).
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Profile / Skills:

Academic Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering
  • PMP or equivalent certification will be considered an asset.

Qualifications:

  • Work experience in project management or similar role, preferably in Pharma industry or API.
  • International experience in multinational Companies is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a cross functional, global, matrixed organization to build consensus and drive strategy and standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and strong skills/experience in decision analysis tools and methods.
  • Ability to manage projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Ability to independently set work objectives and priorities
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbal contexts.
  • Good software application skills
  • Background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
  • Change management, Problem solving and Troubleshooting skill set

Languages: Fluent in English (advanced oral and written skills).
