Key Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinating the transport process
Handling suppliers inquiries and orders
Import / Export Documentation
Collaborating with colleagues of the departments in order to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Competencies
Fluency in English
Experience in a relevant position (Commercial Back Office or/and Logistics) ideally in a big multinational or manufacturing company
Knowledge of Incoterms (will be considered as a strong plus)
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Customer-centric approach
Very good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and multitasking skills
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
