Quality Controller

Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we are looking for a Quality Conroller to join our QC Team. As the quality inspector, you will uphold the safety regulations of our company and supervise the production process to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations. The role is based in Xanthi, Greece.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
• Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process
• Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
• Accept or reject finished items and remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
• Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected
• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records
• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering or other related fields is required
• 5+ years in quality control, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools
• Knowledge of ISO and other quality standards, as well as regulatory requirements for the batteries and energy storage industry will be a plus
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Strong multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
