Real Estate Advisor

Private boutique real estate advisory, seeking part-time or external associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Involved in all aspects of real estate advisory projects
• Investment analysis, memos, valuation and market reports

Requirements

• Analytical skills with solid financial valuation and modelling track record (cash flow, IRR and DCF models)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience at real estate valuations - accreditation desired
• High level of motivation and commitment to working hard, with a special focus on work quality and attention to details
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced high-pressured environment, to stay organized and to work independently
• Strong team player with an appreciation for working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
• Strong academic background
