Receptionist (s) - Mykonos

Kensho Boutique Hotel & Villas in Mykonos is looking for

Receptionist(s)

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and escort guests to their rooms
  • Manage the registration process and keep updated records and files
  • Meet and exceed guest expectations by anticipating the services they might require and suggesting local venues
  • Receive and handle payments, check-in & check-out procedures in an efficient manner
  • Receive calls, emails and respond accordingly
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures for providing excellent service standards
  • Liaise with all departments and ensure guests satisfaction at all times
  • Prepare reports for all front office operations
  • Handling requests, resolve all issues in an efficient way

Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in Mykonos
  • Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
  • Good knowledge - MS Office
  • Knowledge of Hotel PMS (e.g. Protel)
  • Fluency in both Greek & English and one more language is essential
  • Customer service and sales-oriented person
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Professional personal presentation with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal & writing skills
